Sensei Bobby by hands down is the best teacher I've came across in a very long time. The way how he explains his method of training, to his interaction with the students, and how comfortable he makes the atmosphere for learning is spot on. Coming here is a safe place no matter where you are in your training. I felt like Sensei Bobby is the older brother I never had, and how he trains my daughter as one of the cool uncles. I would encourage and recommend anyone child or parent to sign up and join!

From the first free trial class to the flexible schedules and everything in between, This studio has a great mix of cardio, boxing, resistance training and fitness. There is even a easy to understand meal plan to help you lose weight and build muscle. Bobby, the owner, is a very knowledgeable and wonderful man who genuinely cares about you and your fitness journey. Class is at your own pace and Bobby will learn when and where he can push you a little bit more. He is always checking up on the members and myself to make sure we are not pushing too hard to the point where injury could occur. I lost 30 pounds in 2 months attending 4 classes per week while using the included meal plan. The value provided is well worth the membership cost. I highly recommend this studio. The only thing you have to do is show up.
